Church Camp in Friends Church - Mid America is a long-time tradition for students to be challenged and restored in their relationship to Christ! We continue to enjoy quality leadership from the many people who lead our camps – so we are excited about another year of great experiences in Chapel, Cabin Groups, Fun Theme Activities and free time at CQH!

Theme: What’s Your Name? …Mark 5:9

  • Kids Camp, grades 3 & 4, May 29-June 1, $160
  • Junior Camp, grades 5 & 6, June 1-4, $160
  • Senior High Camp, grades 9 – 12, June 4-8, $200
  • Junior High Camp, grades 7 & 8, June 8-12, $200
All grades designate grade completed. Counselors, we need you! There is a minimal charge for Counselors. (Kids & Junior Counselors = $80, Sr. High & Jr. High Counselors = $105)

Register online and pay $40 deposit by May 13 to avoid a late fee of $25/camper!
Note: deadlines are to EFC-MAYM office. If you are turning in payments to your church youth leader, they will probably require earlier deadlines.

Deadlines:

May 13: Registrations and deposits due online (mailed in deposits must be postmarked to EFC-MAYM no later than May 13)
A late fee of $25 will be added to each registration/deposit received May 14 or after
The $40 deposit is non-refundable after May 13
The $40 deposit or any registration payments are non-transferable to other campers

Youth leaders:

Please be sure your church is recruiting/sending a minimum of approximately one counselor per every seven campers your church is sending to camp. Counselor recruits should apply online ASAP or before May 13. Contact matt@friendsyouth.com if you would like to ‘adopt’ a counselor from another location (example: college students) by paying their registration costs.
If you are collecting payments for your group, please mail deposits to the EFC-MAYM office (one week grace period for church checks) and bring final payment for your group to the camp registration table. If you are the primary person responsible for registering your church group and do not have a special ‘primary youth leader’ log-in password, please contact matt@friendsyouth.com. The password allows you to see details of all persons who have registered from your church, along with other features.
