EFC-MAYM Pastor Survey
Welcome to the November 21-22, 2008 Vision Retreat response form. This is one way that churches can give input to the retreat discussions, whether the church is able to participate or not. Our hope is that every church’s leadership will take a few moments to answer these six questions, so that we know what you think, and we can compile anonymous answers to share with all who participate in the retreat.
